I really enjoyed this article from the Economics Observatory and made some accompanying activities. It requires no prior economic knowledge so could work as a taster day activity. You might need to exercise some caution with the second activity - I essentially made a 'Vaccine' version of the well-known kidney dialysis activity - as it might be a bit too raw for now.
